Great house and location! Super clean place with great amenities. Parking can be rough, but it’s a quiet, safe area.

If I'm ever in Portland, I know where I'm staying! The home is immaculate, well furnished and easy to find. The location is perfect for access to the river and downtown - we had several events in the area and travel was a breeze. The neighborhood itself is also very special, with plenty of places to eat and things to see and do. Kendra is proactive and a pleasure to communicate with. All in all, a wonderful place to.stay.

This a cute two bedroom unit with modern features with older home character. When we arrived, we quickly realized the heat was not working. We reached out to Kendra. She responded promptly and tried to help us problem solve. When it couldn't be fixed that night, she had a team member bring us three space heaters and extra blankets. She offered to switch us to another listing but we opted to stay. \n\nIt is a main floor unit with tenants above. While we knew this when we rented it, the current folks were very loud at 4am in the morning one night, sounding like they were moving furniture which impacted our experience. I imagine this won't be true for everyone's experience and out of Kendra's control but something to consider.
