Amazing stay and very convenient location!
Cozy spot to stay in! I’ve stayed in other bnbs in the same building but Connor’s has been the most quiet one so sleeping the full night was easy since you’re not directly by the street! The air conditioning was also great, didn’t notice the cold really. The only issue really was that the TV remote at times didn’t want to work but besides that a perfect place to stay to explore Portland as it’s the perfect location! Many cute shops like thrift stores, small businesses, cafes, hiking trails, and restaurants that you can walk to. Would recommend. :)
Nice place. Just a couple hiccups. I didn't know how to work the Roku TV, but I contacted Conner and he sent a guy over within 24 hours and he showed me how to use it. Connor gave me a check-out at 11am instead of 10am.....but at 10:15 the cleaning person knocked on my door, so communication was off somewhere. I left around 10:30. No big deal. The important thing was I could communicate with Connor and he responded promptly to my questions. The unit was quiet since it was in the back. Only suggestions; I might put another blanket on the bed. It was just me so I folded the comforter over and it was fine, and I'd have some kind of instructions for the Roku, for the technically challenged. It was nice and warm and a full kitchen with everything you need. And Coffee! Great location. 23rd is great for shopping and restaurants. The price was reasonable and I looked around at other airbnbs.
Great apartment. Engaged, friendly, and responsive host. The neighborhood is incredible with food and shopping. For being such an active neighborhood, street parking was always super easy to find.
It was a nice place in the area of Portland. Great communication and the place was very clean.
Darling flat! Great host! Terrific neighborhood! Will definitely be back.

Nestled in the heart of the historic Alphabet District, this walkable enclave blends old Portland charm with a vibrant, modern lifestyle. Tree-lined streets and beautifully preserved homes give the area a timeless feel, while just around the corner, NW 23rd Avenue (affectionately known as “Trendy Third”) buzzes with life. This popular stretch is packed with locally owned boutiques, chef-driven restaurants, cozy cafés, cocktail bars, and dessert spots like Salt & Straw and Papa Haydn. Whether you’re up for a leisurely brunch, window shopping, or an evening of wine and small plates, it’s all right outside your door. Outdoor lovers will appreciate being minutes from Washington Park—home to the world-renowned Japanese Garden, International Rose Test Garden, and Oregon Zoo. Just beyond that lies Forest Park, one of the largest urban forests in the U.S., offering over 80 miles of hiking and biking trails through lush Pacific Northwest wilderness.
