Guests need to understand the layout-\n1 bedroom on the entry level. \nNo bedrooms on the second floor where the kitchen and LR are located. \n2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor and the ONLY \nbathroom is on that level. \nNo half bath throughout the property makes for inconvenience and lack of privacy. \nThe space is new and clean and in a nice neighborhood for restaurants and shopping. \nWe had trouble with the entry code but Delanie was prompt in changing it for us.

We had a great time staying here! Clean and cool! Heat wave in Portland so we were looking for a place that could keep us cool while hanging out, sleeping and watching movies! Beds were comfortable. Bathroom is on the third floor so if you stay in the bedroom on the first floor, just something to note. Two additional bedrooms are on the third floor, but the bedroom on the 1st floor had its own mini split so it was a perfect setup if you like it cold when you sleep :) WiFi worked great! Would definitely come back and stay here.

Great spot in lovely neighbourhood, exactly as described

Perfectly fine place for what we needed and for one night. Great location in arts district with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. House is a little sterile and could use some touch up paint but modern, clean and what we needed for a night.
