Wonderful stay. Location was prime. Close to lots of restaurants and little neighborhood areas. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Kimberly was a great host. Parking was easy to find on the same block

Renting an Airbnb in Portland is expensive, can’t seem to get around that. If you’re traveling with people and want some privacy, this might not be the place for you - there are small grates in the walls between the rooms and one bedroom is connected to the bathroom (you can hear everything). Kitchen and laundry was good, and any issue we had like a clogged shower upon arrival was solved very quickly. These are just details it’s good to know about before booking. Beds were really comfy! TV had some streaming services you can sign in to, with a finicky remote. Some things weren’t clean upon arrival but nothing a wash couldn’t solve. Good neighborhood with a lovely cemetery you can take a nice walk through, close to great food and drink. Overall, a fine Airbnb.

This place is cozy. Kimberly did a great job setting up the place to feel like a home upon arrival. Plus, she was incredibly responsive during our stay. It's in a good location and we never had trouble with Parking which was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Eclectic vintage shops, independent bookstores, and walkable dining along two of Portland's most iconic streets. Mt. Tabor Park, an extinct volcanic cinder cone with panoramic city views, is a short walk east.

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District places you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors (no chain restaurants here!). Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or opt for a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch. But Portland isn't just for foodies. Hawthorne boasts a vibrant indie spirit, with plenty of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore in this hipster haven. Catch a movie at Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews. If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 196-acre city park on top of a dormant volcano vent, where you’ll find miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city.
