## The Space

My home has a unique charm, offering a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Large windows flood the space with natural light, and the comfortable mattresses provide a perfect spot to unwind. On rainy days, cuddle up and watch movies on the 55" LED flat-screen Smart TV, with Netflix and WiFi for other streaming options. If you prefer to eat in, the kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave makes it easy to host your crew. After a day of walking, shopping, and dining, you'll love coming home to a super comfy queen-size bed. The home has heat, and window A/C units provide cooling during warmer months.

My place is part of a duplex, but it’s not your typical setup. The full-height basement has been converted into a separate apartment with another tenant. Your booked upper home has no shared interior spaces; the separate tenant is below you, so sound may carry between levels.

The Hawthorne/Buckman District places you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors. Make new friends over a meal at the Cartopia food cart pod, or share a pie at Apizza Scholls.
